Join Service Design ATL as they host the Atlanta event for the 2011 Global Service Design Jam.
Starting on Friday, March 11 through Sunday, March 12, 2011, people from around the globe who are interested in service and customer experience will meet in the spirit of experimentation, co-operation and friendly competition. Participants will be teaming up and have 48 hours to develop brand new services inspired by a shared theme. At the end of the weekend, their collection of brand new services will be published to the world.

The Service Design ATL team will develop a service design and prototype it based on the Global Service Challenge being released this Friday at 5pm. Prototypes can be a film of human interaction, photos of a mock-up, a dummy website, or anything else that provides a permanent, publishable record of the team’s idea and work. These will then be uploaded and published for the world under Creative Commons licensing.
