Service Design ATL together with the Interaction Design Association presented a talk entitled “Concepts and Developments in Service Design” on Wednesday February 2nd, 2011 at Info Retail. It focused on introducing the field of service design to a wider audience and discussing some valuable techniques involved in the service design process.
